However, they overlooked  that  combined excercises lasted longer and this is not advantage.  They compared  apples with prunes. Such a conclusion can be done only if the same differnces were observed if all excercise forms had the same duration, e.i. 50 minutes. And it cannot be excluded that the 50 min.  duration of non-combined excercises may have the same  or even better effect.</description>
