I love herbal teas and it is a great added benefit that they have such great healing powers! Another great natural way to heal your body is through the power of floating in highly concentrated epsom salt water. It's like floating in the Dead Sea!

Sai,

I suspect the juice would be useful as well - because it also uses the leaves. Another positive attribute of dandelion leaves (and other edible leafy greens)is that they'll help lower the "glycemic load" when added to other juices such as carrot juice. Beyond that, these bitter greens are also a rich source of calcium, chlorophyll, (pro)vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin C and vitamin K. Good stuff. :)

I have taken dendelion juice with good results in the past. The only problem is the taste (mixing with carrot juice is better). It deftly lowers blood pressure, but looking that it goes beyond that is very good news. I am not a big fan of taking too many supplements and hence may prefer to juice it, you think that form is OK rather than a supplement (like juice extract?), As always another good post.

Best Regards
