Thank you, Josh!

That sounds like an excellent smoothie. I like the idea of blending veggies and fruits. As you said, you retain the fiber and I believe that you also facilitate the absorption of the nutrients and phytochemicals by breaking them down (to some degree) prior to ingestion.

Be well!

Eating lots of green vegetables is one of the best things you can do to give your immune system a great boost! Great post.
I've found that using my VitaMix to make smoothies with things like spinach or kale with berries and coconut milk is an amazing way to consume more green veggies than I normally would without any of the lost fiber in a juicer (which is still a great option, though).

Thanks JP

BTW the fiber i was mentioning was from juicing the sprout. I am going to try that for sure.

Best Regards

Good day, Sai.

It sounds like you're doing a lot of good for yourself already!

I would personally select the broccoli sprouts rather than the alfalfa. I think the taste of the broccoli sprouts would likely mix well with your juice drink. I doubt you'll miss much (if any) fiber by making this substitution.

Be well!

I take green superfood in the morning (with my shake) and night with my milk and coral calcium power. I get this green tea (ironically made in Japan :-)[from costco] and take them three times a day. Brocilli is something i do not like but the sprout is very good information. I normally use alfalfa sprouts (in juice (celery/carrot) and i could probably substitute (the brocilli sprouts(not sure how much fiber will be lost). Thanks again and a very good article.

Best Regards
