It does say it interacts with certain medicines/lab-created chemicals, so you do need to talk to your doctor who prescribed the meds to see if grapefruit is safe. My gut instinct tells me that our creator wouldn't have put foods/herbs/spices here on earth for us to survive on while we're here that are cancer-causing.
