nice issue!

Also interesting is that the behaviour of the family of chronic ill/pain patients has a lot of influence in how strong illness or pain is noticed. If the family members behave to worried because pain gets lot of attention - than the pain is stronger than when members help with positive thoughts to cope with the illness. Sometimes its very good for ill people just to draw of the attention. my prof always called that the &quot;james bond movie-effect&quot;: if you watch a bond then you don&#039;t feel the pain because your attention lies on the movie :-).
