		<description>Thank you, Liverock!

I agree completely. I think Vitamin E is still viewed as a solitary substance by many. It&#039;s important to change that perception and to clarify the distinctions between the isolated effects of the various isoforms and the blended effects. I&#039;ll keep looking for studies that help to fill in that picture.

Be well!

<description>Glad you mentioned about taking a balance of all the 8 elements of vitamin E.

So many so called &#039;failed&#039; studies done on vitamin E have used only one element, usually alpha tocopherols.</description>

		<description>Thank you, Nina! :)

I plan to try some unrefined, organic palm oil very soon. Your accounts have piqued my interest! I&#039;m always looking for new tastes that will make our menu plan more interesting and nutritious!

re: water

My general position is bit on the conservative side on this issue. I tend to favor getting nutrition from healthy foods and supplements rather than from mineral-rich spring waters. In short, I prefer drinking water that has a consistent level of purity (purified water). If I require extra calcium, magnesium or sodium, I can adjust for that via food and supplement choices.

I know there is some controversy about this because spring water is more natural and purified water is technically refined. However, in today&#039;s toxic world I think it&#039;s wise to opt for the cleaner/safer of the two choices - provided that good sources of nutrients are available elsewhere in one&#039;s diet. Just my opinion. :)

Be well!

		<description>Morning JP :-)

its really funny that you very often dicuss an topic here with which im concerned too :-)

as i already posted i can highly recommend extra vergine red palm oil (my dealer is the uk www.noble-house.tk) its the best quality available here. i have some of the omega oils and the pure red palm oil - it has to be the red palm oil - and the extra virgin coconut oil.

my newest detection: i put a little bit red palm on my face, just like a cream looks funny orange - and let it sink in for 10 to 20 minutes. Why? Because i read that those tocopherols and the very important tocotrienols penetrate very easy the skin and help and protect the collagen - toghether with vitamin c and other. another benefit is that the procedure lightly exfoliates the skin, maybe its because the red palm oil is an fatty acid and acid alone have this effect or maybe its the very high amount of vitamin a which also penetrates very very well and enhances the regeneration of the skin. whatever it works.

another benefit if the red palm is eaten: a very healthy skin glow and healthy skin color!

the only thing is the specific taste but its very good in combination with onions or apples or vegis in general, also rice and whole grain food.

i also read recently that a special form of vitamin e is in kiwis detected (the seeds contain lots of oils) thats good because i eat kiwis very often.

off topic: JP do you have an idea about healthy water? i mean bottlet water which contains lots of minerals or very less. there is a big controversy which water is healthier. im confused which one know is good for us? what do you think? i drink very often the lightest water of europe ---&gt; lauretana (http://www.lauretana.com/EN/index.html )what do you think, is that good?

Greetings from the far side ;-)
