Hello, nevins.

I'm not familiar with that product but 5,000 IUs of vitamin D is sometimes appropriate.

During the Winter months, I often take at least that much.

Be well!

Taking 1000 international units of the vitamin D daily could lower an individual's cancer risk by 50-per cent, they said. Cardio Cocktail contains 5000 mg of vitamin D3 per ounce.

That's an interesting observation, Kevin. Our vitamin D levels are often at their lowest in the Winter. Maybe getting some extra sunshine during those dark and cold months would be a good idea for you. If that's hard to do, you may want to compensate by supplementing with extra vitamin D in the Winter.

This research makes good sense to me. I feel comfortable and peaceful instantly after enjoying some sunshine, especially in the Winter.
